Las primeras ideas sobre la levitaci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica (MAGLEV) se desarrollaron a principios de 1900. La fuerza magn\u00e9tica es el punto clave de este descubrimiento, ya que eleva, impulsa y gu\u00eda el tren sobre una gu\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hay dos tipos diferentes de maglevs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POR LEVITACI\u00d3N – SUSPENSI\u00d3N DE ELECTROIMANES (EMS):<\/strong> Funciona gracias a la fuerza de atracci\u00f3n entre imanes. De hecho, los imanes se colocan en el costado del tren y en la gu\u00eda y permiten que el tren levite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POR PROPULSI\u00d3N \u2013 SUSPENSI\u00d3N ELECTRODIN\u00c1MICA (EDS):<\/strong> los imanes se utilizan para repeler el tren de la gu\u00eda. Estos imanes est\u00e1n refrigerados y conducidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ventajas del Maglev: el mantenimiento es menos costoso y cuando el tren est\u00e1 en marcha es menos ruidoso que uno tradicional. Adem\u00e1s, no contamina ya que no tiene un motor est\u00e1ndar.
