Ferrite / Alnico Pot Magnets

Our stock of Ferrite and Alnico pot Magnets.

We can provide you with a wide range of Ferrite and Alnico pot magnets: like magnets with passing through hole, threaded hole or threaded rod.

Ferrite Magnets are very resistant to corrosion, humidity and oxidation. They can withstand temperatures up to 250 °C without risk of demagnetization.

Alnico Magnets are made of an alloy of Aluminium (Al), Nickel (Ni) and Cobalt (Co). They can operate at the highest temperatures of any magnetic material. Up to 650°C.

If you don’t find the right product or size, or if you need a custom made one, contact us by mail or phone !

These are all the magnets readily available in stock for fast delivery, but we can provide all sorts of Ferrite and Alnico Magnets. Different shape, size or special alloys and coatings.

Alnico pot magnets, ferrite pot magnets, passing through hole magnets, threaded hole magnets, threaded rod magnets, passing threaded hole magnets.

What's a Pot Magnet?

A Pot Magnet is made of a magnetic core encased in a steel pot. This increases the adhesive force of the magnet.

Usually the base of the magnet is magnetized and the other side can be fitted with a threaded rod, a hook, a eyelet, a snap-hook or other fastening systems.

What is the difference between Ferrite and Alnico?

Alnico Magnets main application is in high heat environments like stoves, ovens and industrial machinery. They do not demagnetize till the temperature reaches 650 degree celsius.  They are generally stronger than standard Ferrite Magnets and also more electrically conductive.

Ferrite magnets have a working temperature of up to 250°C, way higher than Neodymium. They are also quite cheaper!
