What are the main applications of these Deferrization Components?

Deferrization is a key factor in many industries like Food, Plastics, Recycling, Mining, Aggregate, Pharmaceuticals, Ceramics, Printing, Textiles and Metalworking. Are deferrization components safe to use with food?

Our magnets are encased in tubes, bars and plates made of metal, usually stainless steel AISI 304 OR 316. AISI 304 is a good general-purpose stainless steel for indoor applications, affordable and normally used for kitchenware. AISI 316 contains molybdenum, making it more resistant to corrosion from acids, chlorides and alkalis. In some food industries involving dairy, meat and salty ingredients, AISI 316 steel is preferred.  

Are deferrization components waterproof?

If required by the application, our components can be made with an hermetically sealed structure, safe to use even when fully immersed in liquids. Stainless steel is naturally resistant to water, rust and corrosion.
