HOW DO I SEARCH THE MAGNET I NEED?

USING THE SEARCH BAR

The easiest and fastest way to find a product is using the search bar.

Search by Dimensions:

  • For discs, rings, or spheres, use the format “D. diameter X thickness” or “D. external diameter X inner diameter X thickness“. It is important to include the “D.” before the size.
  • For blocks, simply use the format “length X width X thickness.

Search by Code:

If you know the product code, simply copy-paste it into the search bar, for example: “DN01.35NI00.1020”. You can find the code in the Additional Information section of each product, under the SKU.
You can also imput only the initial and/or final part of the code (SM30.35NI00.1605) for a broader search.

REMEMBER: ALL THE DIMENSIONS ON THE WEBSITE ARE IN MILLIMETERS.

THROUGH CATEGORIES

Another convenient tool is the “Products” section.
All our magnets have been organized into categories to make it easier for you to find them.

You can either:

1. Hover over the “Products” section at the top of the page to reveal the drop-down menu. Then, just move the cursor over the desired section. Some categories may have sub-categories, so once you find the one you need, just click on it.

2. Directly click on the “Products” section to be redirected to another page with all the main categories listed. From there, you can choose the one you need.

THROUGH APPLICATIONS

The last way you can search for products is by using the “Applications” section.
Just browse for the right application for your project, and all the magnets within the selected section will surely suit you.

You can either:

1. Hover over the “Applications” section at the top of the page to reveal the main categories on our website. Once you find the one you need, just click on it.

2. Click on the “Applications” section to be redirected to another page with all the main categories listed. From there, you can choose the one you need.

HOW DO I APPLY FILTERS TO SORT THE PRODUCTS?

FILTER BY DIMENSIONS

You have found the right category, but it is too time-consuming to browse all the sizes on our website? No worries! You can filter the products by ‘Diameter‘, ‘Length‘, ‘Width‘ or ‘Thickness‘.
Just select the values you need, and you are all set.

ORDER BY PRICE

Do you want to find the right magnet according to your budget or target price?

Easy! Just use the ‘Sort by price‘ filter option to choose whether you want to sort the magnets by highest to lowest price or vice-versa.

HOW TO CHOOSE A PRODUCT VARIATION?

PRODUCT WITH VARIATIONS

The vast majority of our products are published in their standard version, but some of them will also have some variants available.

The most common variation you will find on the product page is the magnetization grade. The standard is N35, but we do offer higher ( = more powerful) grades as well.

These products are signalled by the presence of a drop-down menu. Opening it will reveal all the options available.

Simply select the one that you need, and the price will update automatically.

HOW TO BUY LARGER QUANTITIES THAN THOSE ALLOWED ON THE WEBSITE?

LARGER QUANTITIES

On our website we offer a progressive reduction in price based on the purchase quantity.

The normal procedure is to enter the desired quantity in the box (1).
The highest number shown in the price table is the limit. In this case, 1500 pcs.

If you enter a higher number, the website will not allow you to proceed with the order.

Do you need more magnets? Follow these steps:

1. Enter the desired quantity in the box (1), regardless of the limit.

2. Click on the button “REQUEST A QUOTE FOR LARGER QUANTITIES” (2).

3. After that, select “GO TO THE QUOTE REQUEST PAGE” (3) to review your request.

4.From there, you can adjust the quantities and enter your contact information. Finally, when ready, click “SEND YOUR REQUEST” (4).

Where can I find the list of requests?

If you have already exited the product page, or want to browse more products, you can always return to the quote request page anytime.

Looking at the main menu bar, click on “Requests“.
Two sub-menus will appear: “Quotes for Larger Orders” and “Custom-made Magnets”.

To access and browse the request list, select “Quotes for Larger Orders

REMEMBER:

It is possible to add more than one product to every request.
Simply repeat the same process again on every product page and come to this page to send the request once all products have been selected.

Why Can’t I Add the Quantity I Want of a Product?

How Do the Price Tables Work?

At SuperMagneticShop, we provide pricing tables for numerous products, in order to offer a progressively more convenient price based on each purchase quantity bracket.

  • Respect the Price Table Quantities:
    • Each product has a defined range of quantities that can be purchased. For example, if the maximum quantity listed in the table is 1.500 pieces, you cannot add 1.550 pieces to your cart.
    • Some products have a minimum order quantity. For instance, if a product requires a minimum of 10 pieces, attempting to add only 3 pieces will not allow you to proceed with the purchase.

Why Can’t I Add the Quantity I Want?

If you are unable to add your desired quantity to the cart, it is likely because:

  • The quantity you have entered is below the minimum order limit.
  • The quantity you have entered exceeds the maximum amount displayed in the price table.

What Should You Do?

Always refer to the price table and quantity ranges visible on the product page. These ensure that you select a valid amount that complies with our purchasing rules.
If you need quantities higher than the maximum limit, you can request a price offer for larger quantities. If it is lower than the minimum, feel free to contact us for a custom quote or assistance.

When will an out-of-stock magnet be back in stock?

IS THE PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK?

At SuperMagneticShop, the majority of the products listed on our website are readily available in our warehouse and can be shipped immediately.

However, there are exceptions for items marked as “OUT OF STOCK.

You can easily spot this label displayed at the top of the product page for any unavailable magnets.

WHEN WILL OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

If you’re interested in an out-of-stock product and want to know when it will be restocked, we’re here to help!

Simply reach out to us via email, and we’ll provide you with an estimated restocking date as soon as possible.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN A PRODUCT IS ON REQUEST?

Occasionally, you may come across products on our website that are labeled as “ON REQUEST.”

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Products marked as “ON REQUEST” are not immediately ready for shipment. Instead, they require additional steps before they can be dispatched. This could involve final assembly, customization, or production adjustments based on our current stock levels.

When ordering these items, please note that delivery times may be slightly longer than usual, as additional steps are required to ensure everything meets our high-quality standards.

Are the prices
VAT-inclusive?

VAT AND PRICE INFORMATION

At SuperMagneticShop, all displayed prices include VAT, more specifically, the Italian VAT rate of 22%.

For companies: if you are making a purchase on behalf of a corporation, you may be eligible for VAT exemption provided that you submit all your company details.

For EU companies: in order to qualify for VAT exemption, it is essential that you complete both fields with your valid VAT NUMBER.

Important note: should you only fill in one of the two fields (either company information or VAT number), VAT exemption will not be granted for your order and you will be automatically charged the VAT at checkout.

I’M NOT AN ITALIAN CITIZEN

If you are buying from outside of Italy, no worries!
Your country’s VAT will be applied automatically during checkout after you input your billing information. The applicable VAT rate for your specific country will be imposed, thereby ensuring the appropriate tax correlates with your location.

CAN I BUY AS A COMPANY?

On Supermagneticshop, you can place orders both as an individual and as a company. For the latter, an invoice will be generated accordingly.

At the check-out stage, be sure to select the appropriate field.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EU COMPANIES

To qualify for VAT exemption, you must fill in both fields with your VAT NUMBER.
Ensure that the VAT value goes to “0,00€” to confirm that your VAT number has been accepted by the system.

If you only fill in one of the two fields, VAT exemption will not be applied to your order and you will pay the VAT automatically.

You can access the Request page in two ways:

  • Via the Main Menu: Find the link for Request on the navigation of our website.
  • Through the Product Page: by clicking on the button labeled “REQUEST A QUOTE FOR LARGER QUANTITIES” on the product page. This will automatically add the selected product to your request list.

HOW CAN I MANAGE MY REQUEST?

The Request page shows you all of your added products. Here you can:

  • Adjust Quantities: That is where you will specify the number of each item you need.
  • Change Items: This allows you to delete any items that you do not need anymore.
  • Add new items: As the need arises you can add any further items to your request.

Complete this form with your personal details, like name, email and possibly some notes about your request, and when you are ready, click “Send Your Request.

What Happens Next?

Our specialized team will examine your submission and prepare a customized quote shaped for your requirements tha will be sent by email.

Custom-made magnets

In order to create your custom magnet design as per your requirements, all you need now would be to link to the Custom-Made Magnets request form through the main menu.

How Do You Submit Your Custom Magnet?

You will need to fill up the following fields:

  • Dimensions: provide accurate dimensions of the magnet, i.e. length, width, thickness, or diameter.
  • Materials: specify the material or type of magnetic property needed for your application.
  • Special Requirements: mention any special features like coating, tolerances, or direction of magnetization.

You may also upload drawings, sketches, or technical documents in order to help us understand your design requirements.

When you completed it, review your information and click “Send Your Request“.

What Happens Next?

Upon receipt of your request, our team will scrutinize the details and work out an appropriate custom quote. If necessary, we would contact you by email or by phone for the clarification of specifications or for suggestions.
