DELIVERY TERMS AND RETURN POLICY
This page summarizes the Terms and Conditions that apply to shipments and returns of all orders made through our Website both national and international.
DELIVERY TERMS
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, together with the final delivery address.
All orders completed before 12:00 (that is, all orders correclty sent through our system and paid for in total) will be prepared and dispatched from our warehouse on the same day.
We use GLS, BRT and DHL as couriers.
You will receive an e-mail notification and tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES
In the chart below you can find the standard shipping costs and average shipping times by country of destination. Rates are listed including VAT, which is calculated according to the specific shipping country.
For shipments weighing more than 1 kg, the price is determined by the total weight. The weight and total shipping cost are calculated automatically; you can find the weight of each product in the technical data. You can read here ALL THE RATES.
Please note that this table represents an estimation; we cannot predict or be responsible for any delays or errors by the courier service.

- The shipping fees include the VAT of the shipping country. The listed costs refer to packages with a total weight of up to 1 kg.
- The delivery times listed above are an estimation. The time span starts from the dispatchment from our warehouse to the delivery at the designated address. We usually guarantee same-day shipping for all orders completed before 12.00 a.m, while all other orders are shipped during the next working day (Monday to Friday).
- We currently do not ship to the islands and the territories listed here: French overseas territories, Madeira, Azores islands, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
- Update 2026: Due to recent global events and the surge in oil prices, all courier rates have risen significantly. To keep our prices unchanged on all magnets, we have only increased shipping costs as minimally as possible, so as not to incur losses. Thank you for your understanding.
Business Customers Only (Companies & VAT Holders)
The following rules apply to all purchases made by business customers, including those shipped on a carriage-paid basis (Porto Franco):
- Transfer of Risk: Goods are transported at the sole risk of the buyer;
- Claims & Complaints: Any product defects or discrepancies must be reported within 8 days of delivery.
For orders weighing more than 1 kg, see the rules below (rates excluded VAT):
AT, DE: above 1 kg 9,00€ + 1,00€ per extra kg
BE, CZ, FR, NL, PL: above 1 kg 10,00€ + 1,20€ per extra kg
EE, GR, LV, LT, RO, SE: above 1 kg 18,00€ + 2,20€ per extra kg
DK, HU, PT, SK, ES: above 1 kg 11,00€ + 1,50€ per extra kg
IE: above 1 kg 26,00€ + 1,70€ per extra kg
SI: above 1 kg 14,00€ + 1,50€ per extra kg
BG: above 1 kg 16,00€ + 1,70€ per extra kg
HR: above 1 kg 15,00€ + 1,70€ per extra kg
FI: above 1 kg 29,00€ + 2,70€ per extra kg
IT: 0-3 kg 7,00€, 3-10 kg 11€, 10-20 kg 14,50€, above 20 kg 14,50€ + 0,80€ per extra kg. Free shipping for orders of more than 100€ (incl. VAT) and weighing less than 8 kg.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

EUROPEAN RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If, for any reason, you wish to return your order or some of the items, according to the consumer right of withdrawal, you can submit your request on the Online Withdrawal Request Page.
In accordance with this European regulation, the right of withdrawal is limited to retail customers and orders delivered within a maximum period of 14 days. We invite you to read all the details on our Sales terms.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS: REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
If the products received do not match those ordered or if they are damaged, you can request a refund or replacement. Please feel free to contact us via online chat, email, or phone.
