Heat Resistant Neodymium Rings – H Grade (<120 °C)
You have found the perfect magnet in our shop, but it only comes in the standard heat resistance of 80 °C. You need more? Do not worry!
We have hundreds of items still not on the product pages, so chances are that the one you are looking for is already in our stock. If not, we are able to manufacture the magnet you need with your specific parameters.
We produce neodymium magnets with custom shapes, sizes, magnetization grades and higher heat resistance.
Just send us a message or give us a call, we will be glad to assist you.
Description
Usually, a standard Neodymium Magnet can withstand temperatures of about 80 °C without risking temporary or permanent demagnetization (loss of magnetic power). Even a short exposure to extreme heat can permanently damage a magnet.
There are Special, Heat Resistant Neodymium Magnets marked by the acronyms M, H, SH, UH, EH. These letters, usually written before the grade of the magnet, indicate the maximum temperature a magnet can withstand without suffering damages.
In this case, the H grade will protect your magnet against temperatures up to 120 °C.
It is possible to manufacture any type of Neodymium magnet with this special treatment: discs, blocks, rings, magnets with countersunk or threaded holes, and so on. Just tell us the size and the quantity and we will send you an offer!
