Description

This magnetic system contains a neodymium magnet, the most powerful magnetic material currently on the market.
Neodymium magnets are made of neodymium itself, iron and boron. They can be used in many fields and applications thanks to their versatility such as industrial equipment, fashion, automotive, bricolage, holders, fixtures, sensors and many more!

We have developed the SM39 series for the naval industry specifically.
The most interesting feature of this magnet is the fully waterproof PVC case. The neodymium ring inside the plastic case is then covered by a resin coating that seals it, thus granting total protection against moisture and water.
All these features allow the magnet to keep a long-lasting performance, avoiding the inevitable rusting that normal neodymium magnets inevitably suffer when in prolonged contact with water and moist environments.

Thanks to this key feature, the SM39 is the perfect choice for a wide array of uses on board all types of vessels, since they are often used to hold panels, doors, tools and instruments in place, both inside the cabin and directly on the deck, exposed to the elements!

These magnets can resist at a maximum temperature of 60 °C. The working temperature is limited by the properties of the PVC case. If you need a higher temperature resistance contact us.
