PAYMENT AND PURCHASE CONDITIONS
All prices shown on the website Supermagneticshop.com are 22% Italian VAT included. At the checkout stage, after entering your billing information, the VAT will be correctly changed based on your country.
It is possible for all enterprises with a valid, international VAT number to enter it at the checkout stage in both the dedicated fields, in order to obtain VAT exemption and to receive the invoice for their purchase.
Payment with Credit Card or Paypal
PayPal, part of the eBay Group, is a safe and easy-to-use payment platform.
Should they choose Paypal payment, the buyer will be redirected on the PayPal website, on which they will be asked to access their account by entering their credentials.
Should they not be registered on the PayPal platform, the buyer will be able to create a new account. This will ensure them that their payment information will not have to be entered manually for future orders.
By choosing this payment method, the total amount will be charged directly to the linked credit (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or pre-paid card (PostePay).
PayPal protects the buyer’s information, since it does not share them with third parties during the transaction.
With every transaction, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from PayPal.
The total amount will be charged on the PayPal account at order acquisition.
In case of order cancellation, the money will be refunded on the buyer’s PayPal account.
Advance Bank Transfer
The buyer can choose to pay via bank transfer.
The buyer will receive an email containing the details of the payment due, together with all banking information necessary to finalize the payment.
The buyer will always be charged only for the amount corresponding to the available items. For this reason, we advise not to make the payment before receiving instructions by our staff.
We suggest to always send proof of payment via email at info@supermagneticshop.com or by fax at 0432/810197, together with your order number, in order to avoid possible payment reminders or delays in the shipping operations.
The goods are always dispatched only after we have received the amount in our bank account.
Minimum Order
On our website there is a minimum order threshold of 20€. This amount does not include shipping fees or VAT.
If the products in your shopping cart do not reach this value, you will not be able to place your order.
This may be a good opportunity to buy some spare magnets, or to try different sizes and see which one is the most appropriate for your project.
