Magnets - Magnet Therapy

Magnet Therapy is an alternative medicine practice based on the principles of Biomagnetism. The magnetic fields of permanent magnets are believed to achieve many health benefits.

You can use Neodymium or Ferrite Magnets of different intensities, depending on the desired application (the magnetic field intensity is expressed in Gauss).

The value in Gauss that you find in each product page refers to the magnetic field intensity measured on the surface of the magnet. This value decreases as the distance from the magnet increases.

For any doubts or questions contact our technical team by phone, E-mail or via chat (Monday to Friday 8-12.30 / 1.30-17.00).

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
Our main goal is only to provide a simple selection of magnets according to their technical specifications compatible with magnet therapy.
We are not medical professionals and we do not assume any responsibility for any misuse of our products.
We strongly encourage you to contact a doctor directly for all warnings and indications about this practice.

Which magnet is best suited to my needs?

Neodymium Magnets have high values of strength and magnetic field intensity in small sizes. You can choose between magnetic discs and blocks (rectangular or round magnets). All neodymium magnets in this section are zinc coated, making them hypoallergenic and safe to use in contact with the skin.

Ferrite Magnets have lower strength values relative to size. They generate a less powerful magnetic field over a larger surface area. They are naturally hypoallergenic, resistant to high temperatures and water. Our ferrite magnets for magnet therapy are available as discs and blocks (rectangular or round magnets).

All magnets in this selection have a marking on each side. This clearly indicates the corresponding pole (positive and negative), an important factor to apply the principles of Biomagnetism.

To keep the magnets in place you can use our convenient non-magnetized iron supports or simple elastic bands.
