Description
This magnetic system contains a neodymium magnet, the most powerful magnetic material currently on the market.
Thanks to the iron pot encapsulating the neodymium disc, the magnetic field is entirely redirected towards the free face of the magnet, thus considerably increasing the attraction force. In addition, the pot serves as a protective case for the magnet itself against hits and scratches.
Finally, the threaded rod is a very useful tool to help you fix the magnet in place.
A unique feature of the SM08 series is the additional black, waterproof resin coating: this not only protects the magnet from scratches, but also from humidity.
DISCLAIMER: This magnet is not suitable to be fully submerged in water. For this application, try our rubberized magnets or magnetic systems instead.
