What kind of Magnets should I use to magnetize my models?

You can use small and flat round magnets. Neodymium Magnets are very strong even in the smaller sizes. They can easily fit under model's bases or inside model's parts. It's very easy to drill small sockets where you can glue the magnet and there are lot of useful tutorials online.

How Can I use Magnets for Miniatures bases and transportation?

You can just fix the magnet under the model's base and then use a metal sheet on your movement trays or miniature's transport case.

You can use a small round neodymium magnet or our adhesive magnetic tapes. The adhesive tapes can be fixed under the bases (instead of a magnet) or be used on movement trays and miniature's transport cases. These tapes are very thin and can be placed under a base if there is no room for a magnet (flat base). They can also be used instead of a metal sheet for extra magnetic strength. These are all easy solutions and you can find lots of tutorials online.
