PLASTOFLEX X5 MAGNETIC BAND

Here you can find our selection of Plastoflex magnetic bands with adhesive.

This versatile product is made of plastoferrite: a magnetic, rubber-like material, which is appreciated for its flexibility and the possibility to have multiple poles on one side. This allows you to stick two pieces together, without them repelling each other.

This version has an additional adhesive film on one side, making it very useful to use on small non-metal objects or surfaces.

The X5 type is “isotropic”, which means not oriented. This has benefits in the magnetization choices for the material together with a more competitive price, but the resulting attraction force is lower than other products.

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY ONE SIDE IS MAGNETIC

Plastoferrite is quite weak if compared with neodymium magnets, but the attraction force that it provides and the very competitive pricing make it perfect for many applications, such as refrigerator sealings, mosquito nets, windows and door profiles, organizing tools, DIY projects, souvenirs and so on.

Plastoflex is sold in meters, but we can also provide it cut to custom lengths.

CAUTION: do not place powerful neodymium magnets in direct contact with plastoferrite to avoid any risks of demagnetization.
